Hi, I’m Alli.

I know a thing or two about

the spaces and places

we like to hang out in.

Let’s be friends.

The Back Story

The Back Story *

I’ve always been a creative, free-spirited force—so much so that as a kid, my room was an ever-evolving landscape of imagination (and a potential hazard zone for anyone trying to tuck me in). It was more than just a space; it was a reflection of me. But early on, I learned that our environment isn’t just where we live—it shapes how we feel, process, and move through life. Without knowing it, I was already practicing intuitive Feng Shui, rearranging my world to create balance.

That instinct led me to Interior Design, where I brushed up against Feng Shui without fully grasping its depth. I thrived in corporate design, working with global brands and diving into sustainability and workplace wellness. But when I became a mom, everything shifted. The career I had built started to feel suffocating. Dropping my kids at daycare before sunrise and picking them up after dark—what the hell was I doing? I wanted to be both a present mother and a powerhouse in my field, but the system wasn’t built for that.

This launched my Wandering Era. For three years, I explored—designer, coach, yoga teacher, Realtor—collecting pieces of something bigger without knowing how they fit. The answer was there, waiting for me to be ready.

Feng Shui had been following me all along. A trusted energy healer had told me years before that it was part of my path, but I wasn’t ready to hear it. Then, in a twist of fate, a coworker mentioned his wife—Amanda Gibby Peters—was a Feng Shui expert. I jokingly said we’d be best friends one day.

Fast forward to April 2023—I quit my corporate job and, on a whim, checked out her website. Her Feng Shui course was starting that week. Divine timing. I jumped in, and everything clicked. It was like finding the missing piece of my puzzle—the language I had always spoken but never had the words for.

I started applying Feng Shui at home, tracking the shifts. The changes were immediate—my husband got a promotion after I addressed issues in our garage (which, in hindsight, had literally collapsed weeks before I quit my job). A legal issue in my real estate business disappeared overnight after a simple Feng Shui remedy. It was undeniable.

Every challenge, every detour, every gut instinct had been leading me here. Now, I get to share this work with other bright, rebellious souls who feel stuck in the chaos of career and life. Because when you align your space with your intentions, magic happens. You feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.

Behind the Name

The name "Chasing Lions" is inspired by a pivotal moment in my leadership journey. When I began a new role as a leader for a furniture dealership, my mentor gifted me the book Chop Wood, Carry Water by Joshua Medcalf. The book is about embracing the process and discipline required to achieve greatness. One of the stories in the book tells of chasing lions on a snowy day—a metaphor for staying the course, even when the path is challenging and unclear. That story resonated deeply with me and became a guiding principle for my work and life: to face challenges with courage and purpose, trusting that every step leads us closer to our goals.

Your spaces and places hold the power to support your wildest dreams. Let’s unlock it together.

My Experience & Certifications

I am a real estate agent, coach, yoga teacher, guide, spiritual gangster, design nerd, mom, spouse, sister, and friend.

With a back ground in interior design, I dove into my love of creating spaces that impacted the people inside the environment in the most positive way. I spent 15 years consulting businesses and interior designers on how creative spaces can build community within a workplace, grow revenue and cultivate wellness both environmentally and mentally.

My passion is helping others find their purpose and thrive in it. In 2020 I started to explore other ways I could help individuals discover their full potential outside of just their workplace. I took what I loved about interior design, helping the people inside the spaces I worked on, and shifted my focus to how to guide people in all aspects of their life.

I have studied to become a certified life coach, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practitioner, real estate agent, feng shui practitioner, and continues to invest time into learning new techniques and certifications to benefit my clients.

My goal is to spread love & light in this world and encourage people to understand their own patterns so they can step into their best selves.
