Welcome to Chasing Lions Feng Shui! By booking a consultation or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Consultation Pricing & Scope

1.1 The 30-Day Consult pricing is based on a home size of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. If your home is larger, please contact alli@chasinglionsfengshui.com for a custom quote.
1.2 If you are located outside the Austin, Texas area and would like an in-person consultation, additional travel fees may apply. Please reach out for a quote or consider a virtual consultation.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

2.1 Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
2.2 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
2.3 A full refund is available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of booking. If canceled after 7 days, a 50% refund will be issued.
2.4 You may opt for a credit instead of a refund. Credits expire 1 year from the cancellation date.

3. Consultation Expectations & Guidelines

3.1 Be prepared for your session with a notebook, pen, an open mind, and dedicated time.
3.2 To receive the most from your consultation, commit to implementing recommendations.
3.3 Business hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (CST). Emails will be answered as promptly as possible within these hours.
3.4 The 30-Day Consult package includes (2) Virtual Follow-Up Calls during the 30-day period. If these are not used within the timeframe, they expire.
3.5 If you are unable to commit to the 30-Day Consult schedule, consider the Mini Consult, which does not include virtual or in-person follow-ups.

4. During the Consultation

4.1 Your family or colleagues may be present during the walkthrough, but ensure that you can focus and remain engaged. If distractions are a concern, please schedule a time when you can be fully present.
4.2 If focusing on a child’s room, children over the age of 9 are encouraged to participate.

5. Follow-Up Questions & Additional Consultations

5.1 Feng Shui is an ongoing journey, and follow-up questions are welcomed. If you require further guidance, book a Follow-Up 1:1 Consultation to address new goals or questions.

6. Special Discounts

6.1 Discounts are available for teachers who wish to have a consultation for their classroom. Please reach out to alli@chasinglionsfengshui.com to discuss options.

7. Feng Shui vs. Interior Design

7.1 Feng Shui consultations focus on energy alignment and space harmony, not interior design. If you need design services, referrals to trusted interior designers can be provided.
7.2 If you are renovating, Feng Shui guidance can be integrated into material selection, color choices, and layout planning.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Chasing Lions Feng Shui provides recommendations based on Feng Shui principles but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
8.2 Clients are responsible for implementing suggested changes and for any decisions made based on the consultation.
